Ms. Faith Nekabari Nfii is an outstanding international public health professional. She is currently the Programme Coordinator for Public Health Workforce Development at the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), African Union Commission.
She has worked at the United Nations Population Fund East and Southern Africa Regional Office (UNFPA-ESARO), and at the Center for Statistical Analysis and Research (CESAR), both in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Ms. Faith is a member of the Global Burden of Disease Advisory Council, USA and is passionate about the health and well being of Africa with particular focus on maternal and child health, infectious diseases as well as sexual reproductive health and rights.
Ms. Faith holds graduate degrees in Demography, Public Health and Population Studies BA (Hons) and (MSc), from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a professional Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health (University of Washington, SA, USA).
