Rinret is a Behavioral Therapist; a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach; Licensed Trauma Therapist, who specializes in Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP). Advanced training for trauma treatment of complex PTSD, overcoming compassion fatigue with professional resiliency, trauma and addiction. Rinret is also a trained Communicator from the University of Abuja. She is a Psychologist (from the University of Jos) and a Sociologist (from the University of Maiduguri) with a masters degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies (from Nigerian Defense Academy, NDA). She is currently a candidate for MSc in Clinical Psychology.

Rinret is also the Foundation Director at the Miriam Gofwan Women and Children Foundation (MGWCF) where they undertake projects like Pad A Girl Africa (planting the “na you sabi” sanitary pad boxes in public schools across Nigeria). She is also active in teaching women and young girls how to make and use reusable pads. The Foundation also owns the project – Rescue Missions (First 48 hours response to raped and traumatized teenagers). She is actively working with women and young girls in Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda. She is specialized in helping people going through emotional crises and traumatic experiences.

Rinret Gofwan Dare is the host of The Healing Room, which started in Abuja and is now in 3 others cities of Nigeria (Jos, Kaduna and Lagos). The Healing Room project is a support group that is strictly aimed at helping women heal from significant emotional experiences. Rinret also holds a session quarterly called “The Healing and Wellbeing master class for Parents and Professionals in Abuja.”

She is the Founder of Pekaat Wellbeing Hub, and works with PGI Consulting. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and Sales Strategist. Rinret can speak on a wide range of subjects especially around Girls, Women, Faith, Trauma, Abuse, Healing, Tough Love, Running an NGO, Self Esteem as well as Loyalty and Mentoring, etc.
